He is survived by: his mother Irene Brock of Henderson, KY; his wife Sandra Brock of Henderson, KY; his children, Shannon Fowler (Ashley) of Spring, TX and Krystal Steward (Brandon) of Morganfield, KY; his sister Barbara Goben of Henderson, KY; his nephew Eric Somers of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Paige, Brady, Lorelei and Lila.
