She is survived by: her husband Larry Hazelwood; her children, Kevin Hazelwood (Kristy), Kirk Hazelwood (Tracey) and Lynnell Trigg (Richard); her siblings, Patsy Polley (Jim) and Roger Watson; and her grandchildren, Logan Elliott (Daniel), Sydney Painter (Theo), Preston Hazelwood, Lexie Trigg and Rylan Trigg.
