She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Mays; her siblings, Gladys McClure, Frances Abell and Pete Abell; and her parents, William Abell and Lelia Abell (West).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Newman Lisa (William) and Kay Cook (Michael). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
