She is survived by: her husband Patrick Horn; her daughter Beth Ann Wright of Henderson, KY; her sister Joanne Berry of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Teagan Glendenning, Hendrix Tabor and Elwood Tabor; and her nephews, Joseph Berry and Adam Berry.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home (629 S Green St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
