He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Riggins and Marion Riggins. He is survived by: his children, Sara Couch (Brent), Mallory Smith, Scott Simms and Tom Fears (Karen); his brother Don (Cindy); his grandchildren, Hudson Couch and Parys Simms; and his close friend Barbara Dotson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home (604 Center St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
