She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles C. Riggs and Bertie Riggs; her daughter Cindy Lynn Riggs Lacer; and her great grandchild Roman Kellough. She is survived by : her husband James Lyndal Riggs; her grandchildren, Chasidy Todd and Matthew Kellough; her great grandchildren, Logan Parrish, Austin Parrish, Brittany Parrish, Alexus Kellough and Landon Kellough; and her great great grandchildren, Elise, Michael, Emma, Sydney Lynn, Addison, Laken, Brycen, Autumn and Aizen.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Airline Baptist Church (1942 Clay St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
