We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2023, at the age of 66, Phillip Eugene Turner (Henderson, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Justin Turner, Blake Stone (Scherrie) and Janay Turner-Thomas (Bobby); and his siblings, Brian Turner, Everett Turner (Mimi), Kimber Turner, Chris Turner, Kerry Turner, Orlantha Gail Turner, Shervetta Turner-Hodges and Tina Hazelwood (Charlie). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and host of nieces, nephews.
