She was predeceased by: her parents, William Horn and Mamie Horn; her husband James E. Duncan, Sr.; her grandson Derrick Graham; and her children, Lisa K Morris, Barbra D Duncan and James E Duncan, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Walker; her siblings, Brenda Cates, Ronnie Chaffin (Carol) and Roger Chaffin; and her grandchildren, Melissa Vinson, Christopher Walker, Jennifer Croft (Timmy), Chad Abbott, Scotty Duncan and Jeff Duncan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
