He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Emma (Polley) and Leo Bernard O; his brothers, Gene, Norman and David O; and his grandmother Michelle.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Goldey; his children, Jacqueline Caudill (Kevin) of Henderson, Miriam Morrow (Drew) of Mobile and Bernard O; his grandchildren, Cassie Caudill, Emily Morrow Mullican (Chris), Alex Caudill (Brenna), Andy Morrow, Katherine O'Nan Gandy (Evin) and Lydia O; and his great grandchild Lorena Caudill. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
