She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Melton Powell and Dorothy Janet Melton Powell; and her sister Sandra Kay Powell Woodard. She is survived by: her sons, Bradley Bugg (Sonja) and Brian Bugg (Tamra Lockyear) of Newburgh, Indiana; her brothers, Ralph Steven Powell (Sarah) of Little Dixie, Kentucky and Alan Vincent Powell (Karin) of Little Dixie, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Justin (Emily), Jessica (Adam), Garrett, Gavin (Savannah), Hudson, Brayleigh, Trevor, Turner (Emily) and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Brady, Kinlee, Esmae and Ari; and her close friends, Sue Ellen Clements, Melinda Pfingston, Karen Ramage and Jenny Doane.
