He is survived by: his wife Janice Rowland; his children, Beth Podsedly (Jeff) of Lexington, KY, Kerri Neff of Lexington, KY and Bart Rowland (Kristy) of Ocala, FL.; his sister Judy Rowland Groves (Butch) of Henderson; and his grandchildren, Anna Clay Rowland, Sally Rowland, Harrison Neff, Jack Podsedly, John Podsedly and Elliot Neff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
