Payne of Henderson, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Henry Payne; his wife Joyce Payne; and his children, Sandra Nobles and Ray Payne. He is survived by: his grandchildren, David Nobles (Shelley) of Cadiz, Taylor Payne of Lexington and Lindsay Phillips (Chad) of Cadiz, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Sam, Allison, June, Shea and Liam; and his daughter-in-law Libby Payne of Henderson, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
