He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "Tom" Tomblin and Carolyn Tomblin; and his sister Joan Kellen. He is survived by: his wife Sara Tomblin of Henderson, KY; his daughter Jessica Tomblin of Marietta, GA; his sister Vivian Tomblin of Henderson, KY; his niece Stephanie Martin (Jason) of Marion, KY; his nephew Wesley Pritchett of Henderson, KY; his great-niece Caroline Martin of Marion, KY; his great-nephew Grayson Pritchett of Marion, KY; and his pet Buddy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Baskett Cemetery or New Hope Animal Rescue Center in Henderson, Kentucky.
