She is survived by: her husband Owen Powell of Henderson, KY; her daughters, Cindy Spencer (Bruce) of Concord, NC and Julie Scott (Keith) of Webster County, KY; her granddaughters, Victoria Spencer and Kayla Gabhart Chaney (Spencer); her great grandchildren, Emma and Nova Chaney; and her nephew Jeff Connell.
