He was predeceased by: his parents, Uel O'Leary and Anita "June" Lamb; his son Mark O'Leary; and his brother Keith O'Leary. He is survived by: his daughter Manda Brown; his grandsons, Clayton Mark-Thomas of Henderson, KY and Conner Michael Brown of Henderson, KY; his sister Pam; and his brother-in-law Stone of Waverly, KY. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home (629 S Green St, Henderson, KY 42420).
