We announce the death of Samuel Brandon Puckett of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 45. Samuel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Steve and Connie June Puckett; and his grandmother Delores "Dody" Raley. He is survived by: his wife Heather Puckett; his children, Alexis Brooks, Keegan Brooks and Myles Puckett; his grandchild Taz Rivet; his siblings, John Puckett, Amber Puckett and Stanley Neal Puckett; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Maurita Wright. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jason Wright, Tony Cueller, Nathan Rigdon, Billy Bean, Donald Madden, Joey Boston and Donald Madden, Jr. In honor of Sam's compassionate spirit, contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice as a gesture of sympathy.
