She was predeceased by: her father Coach Gray; and her husband William Ray Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Teresa "Terrie" Lynn Myers (Elliot) of Henderson, Michael "Mike" Wayne Phelps (Anne) of Westerly, Gary Ray Phelps (Denise) of Zion and Matthew "Matt" Allen Phelps (Penny) of Evansville; and her siblings, Bill Gray (Gay) of Colorado and Karen Reed (Bobby) of New Mexico. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
