She is survived by: her mother Betty Jenkins (Qualls); her son Christopher "Chris" Mitchell (Danielle); her brother Randy Ward (Tracey); her sister-in-law Martha Ward; her grandchildren, Dylan Mitchell and Charlee Mitchell; and her nieces and nephews, Allison Conner, Melissa Allinder, Tyler Ward, Jackson Ward and Ellie Ward.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice or the Redbanks Hospice Unit, in honor of Suzan's memory and the exceptional care she received.
