It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Lee Givens (Henderson, Kentucky), who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Givens and Cordie Givens; and his brothers, Tommy and Hurtis Givens. He is survived by: his wife Donna Carole Givens (Kellen) of Henderson, KY; his sons, Anthony "Tony" Givens (Gloria) of Evansville, IN and Scott Gregory Givens (Christy) of Robards, KY; his siblings, Ann Shelton (Tim) of Cairo, KY and Steve Givens (Joyce) of Murrary, KY; his granddaughters, Hayley Dawne Givens, Kaci Carol-Lynn Givens and Emma Kate Givens; and his great grandchild Tucker Lee Gregory "T. L.". He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
