He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth King Toy and Vinnie Katherine Toy (Trent); his brothers, Dennis and Stephen; his nephew Jeremy Carter; and his half-brother Kenneth Wayne Toy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Carter of Evansville, Kennie Toy of Henderson and Brian Toy (Debbie) of Henderson; his niece Sarah Toy of Henderson; and his half-sister Wanda Constantinides of Sparta.
