He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Carlisle and Flossie Carlisle; and his siblings, L. D. Carlisle, Carroll Wilson, Ed Wilson, Geraldine Watson and Helen Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann; his daughters, Dawn Newcom (Steven) of Sullivan and Dana Carlisle of Henderson; his grandchildren, Andrew Newcom, Lilianne Newcom and Broderick Carlisle; and his brother Jimmy Wilson of Henderson.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice, 2410 South Green St., Henderson, KY 42420 or Countryview Baptist Church, 2067 Gregory Dr., Henderson, KY 42420 envelopes will be available at the church.
