She is survived by: her son Jim Lewis of Mesa, AZ; her stepsons, Darin Keith Fambrough of Henderson, KY and James Allen Fambrough of Newburgh, IN; and her siblings, Mary Jane Nantz of Henderson, KY, Peggy Bach of Henderson, KY, Robert Mays of Henderson, KY, Marvin Mays of Robards, KY and Buck Mays of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
