Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Vyrdena leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Tomlingson and Jeannell Tomlingson (Jackson); her husband George "Joe" Edwards; and her brother Troy Tomlingson. She is survived by: her siblings, Ronald Tomlingson (Anna), Michael Tomlingson (Alycia) and Pam Phillips (Tim); and her friend Esther Thomas.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
