He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ellen Carter; his son Michael Dwayne Carter (Ann) of Robards, KY; his siblings, Elizabeth Young of Vine Grove, KY, Mary Lou Cartwright of Phoenix, AZ and Michael Dudley Carter of Axle, TX; and his grandchildren, Chris Carter, Renee Carter, Max Carter, Curtis Carter and William Carter. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
