He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowey Frazier and Bertha Moore Frazier; his daughter Dawn Charise Frazier; and his siblings, John Frazier (Thelma), Wallace Frazier (Marie), James, Roberta Frazier Fugate (Hugh), Glenn, Roy Frazier (Debbie) and Breck Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Allen Frazier; his daughter Jessica Frazier Little (Scott); his grandchildren, Chase Little and Kensi Little; his brothers-in-law, Randy Allen and Bob Allen; and his nephew Reece Allen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Martin (7 Clinic Dr, Martin, KY 41649). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
