He is survived by: his father Homer Osborne of Melvin, KY; his wife Melissa Justice Osborne; his children, Logan Holbrook (Justin) of Wheelwright, KY, Lyle Johnson (Randa) of Hi Hat, KY, Hunter Johnson (MiKayla) of Wheelwright, KY and Matt Blackburn (Clarissa) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, JuliOna, Myles, Jhett, Krue, Archer and Ty; his sister Sandy Daniels (Donny) of Melvin, KY; his niece Mila Rose; and his pet Midnight. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
