She is survived by: her children, Danny Jude (Sherrie) of Kermit, WV, Howard Jude Jr. of Columbus, OH, Lafie Crum (Kristi) of Hi Hat, KY and Phyllis Pack of Louisa, KY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
