He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard "Jack" Prather and Kathleen Prather Moore (Hampton); his wife Pam Prather (Rupert); and his brother Sam Prather. He is survived by: his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Amy Prather of South Fulton; his granddaughters, Taylor Hope Allen of South Fulton and Carlee Fayth Hagan (Klayton) of Union City; his sisters, Martha Ellen Moosman of Atoka and Gayle Johnson of Lebanon; and also Philip Prather of Kennewick, Washington..
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home (1200 S Miles Ave, Union City, TN 38261).
