He is survived by: his wife Dawn Ellis Stacy of Kevil, KY; his son Michael Boyd Stacy II (Bo) of Cunningham, KY; his brother Steven Stacy (Brandi) of Bardwell; his sibling's children, Gannon Stacy (Makayla) of Bardwell, KY, Steven "Foster" Stacy of Paducah, KY, Nichollas Holland (Crystal), Joseph Cody Ellis, Camryn Jackson, Jordyn Campbell (Seth), Notcha Gale Watson (Jeff) and Tiffanie Lashaye McCarley (Ryan); and his great-nieces, Khloe and Piper.
