He is survived by: his wife Polly Johnson; his children, Kellye Owens (Brant), Kerrye Hurst (Jim), David "Dude" Johnson (Tressa), Tony Pemberton (Janet), Dave Pemberton (Angie), Chris Pemberton (Beverly), Kim Meyer (Rock) and Joe Johnson (Karla); and his brother Mike Johnson (Wilma). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
