She was predeceased by : her father Richard Blair; her husband Willis Lee Hunter; and the father of her child Mack Hart. She is survived by : her daughter Tami Sammons (Mickey) of Clearfield; her siblings, Timothy Blair of Cutler, Randy Ward of Salyersville, David Ward of Morehead, Princess Bustamante of Commerce City, Roseann Walker of Lebanon and Tina Marie Sloan of Lexington; and her close friend Carl. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and many friends.
