He is survived by: his wife Diana Collins Adams; his children, Clayton "Anthony" Adams (Leigh Ann) and Kelly Machelle Reeves (Jeff); his grandson Bobby Hanshel; his stepdaughter Delilah Wellman of Clearfield; his stepgrandchildren, Jagger Wellman, Jaedyn Jones and Jasmine Wellman; his stepgreat-grandson Atticus Wellman; and his sisters, Gladys Gilbert of Olive Hill, Kathy Knight of Olive Hill, Janie Bond of Olive Hill and Sherry Sparks of Morehead.
