Blevins (Leigh Ann Cox), Rebecca Plank (Josh) and Toby Blevins (Kala); his grandchildren, Whiley Blevins, Bailey Blevins, Shanlee Blevins and Gabriel Plank; his sister Judy Pettitt; his niece Saprina Dailey; and his nephew Brandon McRoberts. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
