He is survived by: his wife Kay Miller of Himyar; his children, Deana "Dwee" Towe (Chris) of Gray, Amanda "Nick" Miller (Bobby Shepherd) of Himyar, Whitney "Critter" Fugate (Jesse) of Flat Lick and Christopher "Nub" Mills (McKenzie) of Corbin; his siblings, Sharon Parker of Piedmont, SC, Janice Napier of Flat Lick, Carolyn Smith (Lloyd) of Himyar, Christina Lundy of Barbourville, Virginia Philpot of Himyar and Stephen Miller of Himyar; his grandchildren, Michael "Lenard", Layla "Rascal", Ashley "Petrosky", Landon "Bird", Cameron "L. J.", Gracelyn "Gladys", Kinsley "Tooter" and Eleanor "Nubblet"; and his cousin Richard Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
