He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taulbee "Jack" Bailey and Vivian Jo Auxier Bailey; his siblings, Justin Kyle Bailey, Craig Bailey, Kevin Bailey and Jill Bailey; and his nephew Joseph Jarrod Slone.
He is survived by: his sister Janie Bailey Slone (Benny); his sibling's children, Kyle Bailey, Brittany Slone Barnette (Kyle) and Jillian Paige Slone Wright (Dontae); and his great-nephews, Jayden Bailey, Luke Bailey, Hank Barnette and Joseph Wright.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hindman Funeral Services (619 Hindman Bypass, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
