He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Triplett and Versie Conley Triplett. He is survived by: his daughter Carissa Miniard (Jeffery) of Jackson, KY; his sister Brenda Miller (John); his granddaughter Morgan (Nancy Bolen); and his close friend Keith Amburgey.
