He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Ashley and Juanita Ashley. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Lynn Ashley; his children, Jeremy David Ashley and Jessica Lynn Hall (Nick); his granddaughter Khloe Grace Hall; his close friends, Gary Short, Avery Shrum, Thomas Bentley and Edgel Slone; and his siblings, Karen, Jenn, Mona, Peggy, Sharon, Donna, Doris, John, Bruce, Alan and Darrell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
