He is survived by: his wife Vicky Lynn Ashley; his children, Jeremy David Ashley and Jessica Lynn Hall (Nick); his granddaughter Khloe Grace Hall; his close friends, Gary Short, Avery Shrum, Thomas Bentley and Edgel Slone; and his siblings, Karen, Jenn, Mona, Peggy, Sharon, Donna, Doris, John, Bruce, Alan and Darrell.
