He is survived by: his wife Teresa Cornett; his daughter Kelli Marie Combs; his sister Caren Cornett; and his grandchildren, Lesley Combs and Grayson Combs. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
