She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Thacker and Della Slone Thacker; her husband Charles Jacobs; her children, Jamie Jacobs, Edwin Jacobs and Charla Jacobs; her siblings, James Thacker, Gilford Thacker, Levon "Super" Thacker, Carson Thacker, Lovella Slone and Wilma Dean Slone; and her sons-in-law, John Combs and Wayne Leemaster.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Rodriguez, Sherry Slone (John), Jennifer Mosley (Tim), Heather Leemaster, Tina Jacobs, Shelly Jacobs (Adam Chaffins), Sue Perez (Anacleto) and Tiffany Perez (Jason Perkins); her siblings, Curby Thacker, Eugene Thacker, Phillip Thacker, Willard Ray Thacker, Ouida Stumbo, Arlene Goble, Roseanna Ratliff, Nora Lee Combs and Linda Champion; and her children-in-law, Michelle Hall, Hugo Rodriguez, Dwayne Keene, Jason Slone, Pablo Perez, Tony Castillo, Will Roberts and Simon Perez. She is also survived by 26 Grandchildren, 23 Great-Grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers family have requested that donations could be made to the funeral home to assist with final funeral expenses.
