He was predeceased by: his parents, James Trent and Athlene Cornett Pratt; and his parents-in-law, Flora Ann Spencer and Taylor Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Trent; his children, James Trent (Tiffany), Mark Trent (Darlene) and Tracy Amburgey (Preston); his siblings, Roger Trent (late Sue), Marcus Trent (Danielle), Lois Shepherd (late John), Teresa Sprague (late Dale) and Renay Baker (Stevie); and his grandchildren, Brantley Trent, Hunter Amburgey, Kashton Dobson, Sadie Dobson and Klinton Dobson. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM.
