He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Caldwell Lumpkins. He is survived by: his father Jerry Wayne Lumpkins, Sr.; his girlfriend Jessica Mosley; his children, Paige Lewis, Dakota Lewis, Gary Lewis, Chase Lewis, Nick Mosley and Addison Mosley; and his siblings, Shannon Lumpkins, Jerry Lumpkins Jr., Patrick Lumpkins and Michelle Lumpkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
