It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Patrick of Hindman, Kentucky, born in Talcum, Kentucky, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin "Buck" Patrick and Myrtle Fugate Patrick; and his siblings, Douglas Patrick, Shelva Jean Hollifield, Zena Thacker and Joy Combs.

He is survived by : his wife Teresa Patrick; his children, Anthony Patrick (Jill), Sherry Slone (Rick), Adam Ritchie (Stacy), Lisa Bremer (Ben) and Ginger Butcher (Justin); his grandchildren, Jace Patrick, Reese Patrick, Makenzie Bremer, Kadie Bremer, Emily Koehler (Kendall) and Ellie Cook; and his sister Lillian Combs Feltner (Lester).
