He is survived by: his wife Patricia Garten Vance; his children, Larry Vance Jr. of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Tonia Prewitt of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Olivia Anderson, Katelyn Fraley, Tanner Prewitt, Haley Slone and Zoe Vance; his great grandchildren, Harper Slone and Beau Short; and his brother Benjamin Litteral of Dayton, Ohio..
