We bid farewell to Mabel Fugate Shepherd (Hindman, Kentucky), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 3, 2024 at the age of 92. Mabel Fugate touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fugate and Eva Ritchie Fugate; her parents-in-law, Troy and Della Shepherd; her husband Morris Nolan Shepherd; her daughter Anna Elaine Shepherd; her sons-in-law, Gerald Combs and Kevin Pratt; and her siblings, Sam, Henley, Lee, Chester Fugate and Anna Elizabeth Yonts.

She is survived by: her children, Wanda Gaye Combs, Patricia Lynn Pratt and Gary Wayne Shepherd; her grandchildren, Gerald Dustin Combs (Heather), Douglas Wayne Combs, Tiffany Renae Shepherd, Timothy Wayne Shepherd (Nikita), Ryan O'Neil Pratt (Megan) and Alyssa Paige Arnett (Blake); and her great grandchildren, Cash, Gunner, Memphis Combs, Kaelyn, Nolan, Hadley Shepherd, Camden Pratt, Parker and Madilyn Arnett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, her childhood friends.
