He is survived by : his sons, Jason Dale Thomas (Meria) and Bruce Raymond Church (Kathy); his siblings, Alfred Thomas, Jessie Thomas, Mary Combs, Sharon Lewis, Zephrie McKinney and Cathy Pennington; and his grandchildren, Aaron Thomas, Kelee Thomas and Jordan Hall.
