He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Collins and Marie Huff Collins; his daughter Ronita Lynn Collins; his brother Doyle Collins; his first wife Susan Slone; and his second wife Janice Watson.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Collins, Calvin Collins, Charlotte Lopez (Susy) and Chrystal Slone (Ron); his brothers, Barkley Collins, Donald Collins, Ancil Collins, Carlos Collins, Stanley Collins, Oberren Collins, James Collins and Ricky Collins; his grandchildren, Austin, Madison, Dalton, Payeton, Jeremiah, Gabriela and Ron Lee; and his third wife Rhonda Kaye Slone. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
