She was predeceased by: her husband James Monroe Hunt Jr.; her parents, Henry Ousley and Elizabeth Hughes Ousley; her son Jim Shepherd; and her siblings, Bill Ousley, Johnny Ousley, Sabre Hawke, Lurla Allen and Gracie Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Shepherd (Bonita) of Hippo, KY, Henry Shepherd (Carla) of Pikeville, KY and Jamie Alley (Clyde) of Hippo, KY; her brother Sherman Ray Ousley of Willard, OH; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Daryl Shepherd, Jay Cameron Shepherd, Devan Hagans and Amanda Mullins.
