She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittany Mullins (Paul) of Hippo, KY and Justin Cooley (Elaina) of Prestonsburg, KY; her great grandchildren, Kash, Kolt, Karter and Alivia; her daughter-in-law Della Cooley of Hippo, KY; and her siblings, Bill Reed, Ina Hensley of Langley, KY and Leoria Davis of Prestonsburg, KY. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
