He is survived by: his wife Penny Annette Bragg Parrott; his children, Michael Allen Parrott (Deloris) of Ashland, KY, Charles Jeremy Parrott (Terri) of Denton, KY and Rebecca Annette Pinson (David Tyler) of Louisa, KY; his grandchildren, Alexis Paige, Dwayne, Jaxson, Axle, Dakota, Landon and Lucas; and his siblings, Gary Zang of Florida, Billy McDaniel of Fallsburg, KY, Carl Blair of Louisa, KY and Tammy Davenport of Elizabethtown, KY.
