She is survived by: her husband Clifton Isaacs; her sons, Thomas Thompson of Hitchins, Wade Thompson (Angela) of Grayson and Leonard Isaacs (Kristina) of Ashland; her stepchild Justie Kouns (Mark) of Grayson; her grandchildren, Shane Blackburn (Whitney), Corey Kouns (Whitley), Christian Kouns, Cade Isaacs (Hunter), Caleb Kouns and Luke Thompson; her great grandchildren, Benton Kouns, Brodix Kouns and Adler Blackburn; and her siblings, Arnold Coburn (Wilma) of Flatwoods, Jean Hensley of Tennessee, Minnie Carter of Grayson, Linda Tussey (Bob) of Grayson and Karen Rogers (Eddie) of Ashland. She is also survived by extended family, church family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
